I help to break down language barriers for a living. As a translator and interpreter working with Spanish, English and French, I strive to facilitate communication in an increasingly globalized world. I run this business, offering a professional and friendly service backed by extensive experience.

Although I’ve always had a vocation for translation and interpreting, at the beginning of my career I worked as a project manager at a translation company for several years. I coordinated projects with over 45 language combinations, selecting the best professionals and making sure that each job met the highest quality standards. This experience has provided me with the necessary tools to carefully manage my own business in the most efficient way possible.

I’m from Asturias, a natural paradise in Northern Spain, and I currently live in Madrid. Following my passion for languages and communication, I have lived in several countries such as Belgium and Colombia. If you’re organizing an event or project further afield, I would be delighted to travel so that I can continue to offer you a personalized service.

The early days
Degree in Translation and Interpreting
I’m a graduate of the University of Salamanca, the oldest in Spain, where I was selected to do an internship at the United Nations. I also studied at the École de Traduction et Interprétation ISTI in Brussels as part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Higher studies
Master’s Degree in Conference Interpretation
I became specialized in conference interpreting after completing a Master’s Degree in Conference Interpreting for Business at the University of Alcalá. This degree helped me to gain experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting at multilingual conferences and events.

My work goes beyond translating what’s written; it’s about accurately getting a message across which is culturally sensitive. I can guarantee quality and confidentiality in every project, in additional to timely delivery. Because good communication in another language is key to success.

Slowly but surely
Continuing professional development
I continue to improve my skills in specialties such as medical interpreting, with courses on topics that include Oncology and Hematology at the University of Salamanca, as well as attending various seminars and workshops.
